For the past 11 years, I am home raising two children. Before kids, I worked at the Dalton Whitfield Chamber of Commerce. Prior to that position, I completed an MBA degree at Palm Beach Atlantic University and a B.S. degree in Business Administration at UTC. |
My family:
As most of you know, my husband, Brian passed away in 2006. We have two children. Brianne is 11 years old and attends GPS in Chattanooga. Gentry is 8 years old and attends Hickory Valley Christian School. |
Life experiences:
My greatest life experiences so far are having been married to Brian for 19 years and having the experience of raising my kids at home. I have overcome some difficult things in my life and have learned a great deal from hardship. |
My favorite things in school:
I loved my friends and all the fun. I have great memories of all the special people I met and some are still my favorite friends. |
My favorite things now:
I try to be a fun Mom and spend a lot of time with the kids playing. I am still a kid at heart. We hike and ride bikes and play sports. They consume all my energy and time and I love it! |
My favorite books, movies and music:
I don't know what the latest, greatest movies, etc. are because the TV is always on Disney Channel and Nickelodeon. Ha! I read my Bible and go out to movies every now and then. Music is also hogged by my kids. The music in the van is usually a mixture of Christian, Rap, HS Musical and Country. What a ride???!!! |
