Biographical information:
Since school, I've been...
Went to work after graduating from school. I got "Saved" when I was 22 yrs. old! I got married when I was 24 yrs. old, to a Preacher!! (I know, I still can't believe it . . . and you'd think I was old enough to have known better!!! ha ha :) His name is Tony Hyatt, and he was from the Tunnel Hill area. Later on I went back to school and got a "degree"; which wasn't easy with a husband, home, child, church, and a job already! But I made it through and then worked for several more years! For the last year and a half I've been working at being a "housewife", we had become a foster family and took in two little children and I felt burdened in my heart that I needed to stay "home" with them so that I could better help, love, and nuture them. We are right now in the process of adopting them, it should be final in about two months or so! That makes a total of three children (for now!) - D.J. is 13, Jonathan is 7, and Trisha is 4. My husband has pastored four churches - one down in Georgia, one in Alabama, one in Tennessee, and then the current one for nearly six years now is here in Ringgold. It has been good to be back home! :)

Life experiences:
My favorite things in school:
Being in the Band, Art classes, Science and History. Also I had two "favorite" friends: Donna and Mark; I know where Donna is, but I've lost touch with Mark. Does anybody know where Mark Freeman is?
My favorite things now:
I still love music, art, science, and history. I love reading to learn new things, to experience other cultures, other eras, other ways of life. I love nature...God's world. I love being out in the "country", from the woods to the mountains to the wilderness.
My favorite books, movies and music:
Movies: I am a devoted "Star Trek" fan, and I like alot of other futuristic sci-fi movies like "Star Wars" and etc. And of course I am a woman...I love a good romance movie. I also enjoy action and adventure movies as long as there is a good story to them. Music: I like a wide variety of music - like the Big Band Music Era, the 50's Music Era, Country Music, Bluegrass Music, the 70's Music we grew up on, and of course Gospel Music. Books: I read a very broad range subjects - romances, survival, historicals, westerns, and even "how-to" books and instructional books like the Family Handyman Magazine for instance! ha ha
