Since school, I've been...
I got married less than a year after graduating (best thing I ever did). Worked full time at Shaw's Corporate office and attended a few years at DSC. Then finally in 2001 we had a baby girl and then in 2007 we had another baby girl. I quit working when our oldest was 4 months old and I have not looked back. I LOVE being a wife & momma! |
My family:
I married Steve James (class of 85') and we just celebrated our 18th anniversary this past April. We have two precious girls. Jessie Leann is 6 and is just a doll, and our little Savannah Emaline 17 months is cute as can be and into everything. They keep us busy and we started homeschooling last year. |
Life experiences:
I have had a very blessed life since high school. I married a terrific man and we have been blessed with two precious girls. I never knew you could love someone so much that you just met until my girls were born! Our church family is a big part of our life. We teach a children's Sunday school class together. My faith, Steve, Jessie & Savannah are the most important things in my life! I honestly know what real happieness is. For me, it's not material things or weatlth. Having a healthy family is what matters! |
My favorite things in school:
Skipping (of course)! Good friends and lots of laughs! VOCA with Mr. Smith. Most of all GRADUATION!! |
My favorite things now:
I love Scrapbooking photos of my girls. We have also just started a small home business doing embroidery and sewing. It is a great outlet for some "Me" time at the end of the day. We are involved with our church and really find a whole lot of joy and comfort with our church family. |
My favorite books, movies and music:
The Notebook, Pretty Woman, Anything with Mel Gibson! I still love 80's music on occasion, mostly listen to country and christian music. My favorite author is Kay Arthur & Beth Moore. |
